I am more than certain that there will be many seafarers with similar qualifications and Certificates of Competency as me - but I doubt if many have this one ..!

As a kid I got caught by the Customs Officer on the wharf sneaking ashore with a transistor radio in my pocket.The $50 fine was a considerable set back for me - it was a months pay! And I bet he put the radio in his pocket, too !
